Day 9 – Kraak Eggson
I start late today and no matter how hard I close my eyes, the inspiration doesn’t hit me. I reach for my sketch book from my Singapore days and start flipping the pages of sketches I was doing back then to exercise my mind and fingers. I see a diabolical smile staring up at me from the pages and I know what I am going to create today. After 5 years of hiding in my sketch book pages and 60 minutes of being jostled around on the screen of my Mac, Detective Kraak Eggson is born in all his protein glory. He is a lean, mean, protein machine canvassing the dark alleys of Battery where he rescues trapped hens. His diabolical yolky smile is enough to fry the meanest of krooks. Elementary Watson? Nah .. just sunny side up! Ka-POW!!
I hope to revisit Monseiur Kraak soon to add some textures to him. It is 11.30pm and I have my driving test tomorrow and my life depends on it. Ciao People!
