Day 14 – Rousse
Rousse has freckles on her face and hearts in her eyes. She is Cupid’s dearest mate and she floats over the streets of Paris, taking in the romance and charm of the city through her big, brown eyes.
A thunderstorm is brewing in Sydney today and I see some dark clouds. I wonder if there is a lone, white, gentle cloud somewhere. A cloud that is cute and lovestruck, floating gently in the breeze, sighing ocassionally. I design a cute cloud and I give her freckles. Then I scour French baby name websites and hit the jackpot with this name [that I don't eventually find on any baby name website]. Rousseur is French for freckles and I decide to call her Rousse. I don’t even know how that would be pronounced, but Rousse makes me happy. Oh and she is Cupid’s best friend, in case any of you want to put in a good work for yourselves!
