Day 25 – Vania
Vania is the baby of the 5 Babushka sisters who got separated at a carnival. While her 4 older sisters got sold to loving families, she was bought by a doll hunter. 100 year old Olaf takes apart dolls in his dusty old attic and creates ghastly toys with the broken parts. Unless Vania is rescued in time, her grisly end is imminent!
In case you are wondering, I might be cheating today, but it is actually the character, not me. The Babushka sisters have to look similar, hence the heavy reuse of graphic elements. On another note, I did rough sketches of 8 new characters, now that is one lucky day loaded with inspiration!
