So I survived the first month of the Daily Vector Characters and I have a very strong feeling that I might just make it through the year. This post is a little roundup of the first 31 characters I made in 2010. It is also a freebie post. I wanted to thank you guys for putting up with my daily vector characters on the blog, sharing the love, commenting and vouching for me every single day. It means a lot and to say thank you, I have 31 iPhone wallpapers for you to download. I have learnt a lot in this one month of doing these characters in Illustrator. This exercise is not only helping me learn new Illustrator techniques, but it is giving my mind, my imagination a great workout and the more I do it, the more I love it. In the course of this year, I am going to share all the little tips and techniques I learn through this project on the blog. Right now, I am also working on several tutorials on how to make some of these characters. But till then, enjoy these wallpapers and I’ll be back tonight with yet another fun character. Oh and out of this list of 31, Shinobi Aru still rocks my world the most [the tape ninja]! What about you?
